Schaffer's Towing is honored to be able sponsor many activities and groups throughout the community. In addition we volunteer for many of the events around the area that make Coeur d' Alene and Kootenai Coounty such a unique and great place to live. Check out some of the things we do in the community listed below.
Post Falls Park and Rec Adult Flag Football League
We had the oppurtunity to sponsor a team in the Spring 2014 season of the Post Falls Park and Rec Adult Flag Football league. Games took place every Sunday at the Post Falls High School field. It was a great season with many hard fought games. The Schaffer's Team worked together and was able to win the Championshop Trophy for the Men's Competitive League. Great job guys!
Hayden Community Park and Rec Youth Soccer
Schaffer's Towing gets to sponsor youth soccer teams through the Hayden Community Park and Rec program. This is a great opportunity for kids to the learn the value of teamwork, effort, and competition while providing them a medium to run off some of that energy. Schaffer's sponsors both the fall and spring leagues. It is so much fun to watch the kids get out there and play!
A big part of living in North Idaho as a kid is participating in 4-H. Pigs and steers and lambs, oh my! That is why Schaffer's Towing makes sure to support our local 4-H youth by purchasing livestock every year at the North Idaho Fair. It is great to be able to see them be rewarded after putting in so much hard work raising their live stock.
State Line Speedway
Schaffer's Towing tows for the State Line Speedway. If you get a chance, stop by and watch some of these exciting races. It is a great place for the family to see some exciting action. Next time you are out that way make sure you wave to the tow truck driver. He is busy, but always has time to wave back
Kootenai County Demolition Derby
Schaffers Towing is proud to have lent our services to the North Idaho Fair Demolition Derby. It is a lot of work, but it is an exciting event and part of a long tradition here in North Idaho.
