Vehicle Impound

In the event that your vehicle has been impounded by a law enforcment agency or otherwise brought to our yard, you will need to come pick it up.  While we try to make it as easy as possible for the customer to pick up the vehicle, there are certain things we will need in order to release it to you.  Please see the FAQ below.  If, after reading the FAQ, you have any question please feel free to give us a call and we will answer them the best we can.

*Please note: We can only release a vehicle to its registered owner*

**If a "Hold" has been placed on your vehicle by any police agency, we must obtain a release from that agency before the vehicle can be released to you**

My vehicle was involved in an accident and it was taken to your yard.  What is is the next step?

If your car was brought here after an accident you can come and get your belongings out of it any time, with the proper paperwork.  You can also have us tow it somewhere else, or have someone come pick it up as long as the fees are paid.  Typically, most customers contact their insurance and then an adjustor comes out to our location and will discuss with you the next step.  We realize that getting into an accident is a scary and stressful event and we will do everything we can to make it easier for you.
